1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship our products across all major serviceable pin codes in India. For bulk orders, please contact our support team at

2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. In such cases, we will notify you by email or SMS.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard delivery time is typically 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances, courier backlogs, or regional restrictions.
4. Shipment Confirmation
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email or SMS.
5. Damages
We take utmost care in packing our products. However, if your order is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement based on our Return Policy.
6. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping charges may apply.
